These guidelines help us take care of your experience and ensure a professional, respectful, and safe space for everyone who chooses us.

1. Bookings

All sessions are held by appointment only. Bookings can be made via WhatsApp or through the contact form on our website.

To confirm the appointment, a 50% deposit is required, which must be paid via bank transfer (Argentina). The remaining balance is paid at the time of the session.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows without prior warning will result in the loss of the deposit. If you have flu-like symptoms, fever or general malaise in the 48 hours prior to the appointment, please notify us to reschedule.

3. Payment Methods

Services can be paid in:

  • Cash (Argentine pesos or USD)

  • Bank transfer (Argentina)

  • Mercado Pago

5. Experience and Services

Manual therapies are designed to relieve tension, release stress, and support processes of rest, reconnection and wellbeing. Each session is personalized and tailored to the physical and emotional state of the client.

The massage types offered include:

  • Deep tissue

  • Assisted stretches

  • Foot reflexology

  • Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD – Vodder Method)

  • TMJ and craniofacial treatment

  • Simultaneous Massages

  • Four-Hand Massages

  • Group Massages


Use of the wellness circuit (dry sauna and steam sauna) is an integral part of our offer and may be enjoyed before or after the massage, as advised by the team.

6. Use of the Pool and Access to Hotel Krista

Access to and use of the outdoor pool and solarium are subject to the summer season and daily weather conditions and may remain closed in case of low temperatures, rain, or other adverse weather conditions. Minors under 18 must always be accompanied by adults when using the outdoor pool or solarium. Pets are not allowed. Bringing in outside food or beverages is prohibited.

7. Health Conditions

Certain health conditions may require caution or contraindicate some services (pregnancy, post-operative recovery, fever, infections, decompensated chronic illnesses, etc.).

In all cases, the client assumes responsibility for informing us of their health condition and following the professional team’s recommendations. Lotus Masajes reserves the right to refuse service if it may pose a risk to the client or the therapist.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

All personal data shared during the booking process or the session is treated with strict confidentiality and is never shared with third parties under any circumstances.

9. Promotions and Gift Cards

Current promotions are subject to availability and specific conditions. Gift cards are valid for 1 month from the date of issue and must be scheduled in advance. They are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
