1. Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. All services require prior booking to ensure space availability and personalized attention.

2. How is the reservation made?

To confirm your appointment, we request a 50% deposit, payable via bank transfer. You can check our rates here.

3. How long do the massages last?

Massage sessions can last 60, 90, or 120 minutes, depending on the chosen experience. All include access to the wellness circuit (dry and steam sauna).

4. What does the wellness circuit include?

It includes a dry sauna and a steam sauna. You can enjoy it before or after the massage, enhancing the effects of the treatment.

5. Can I use the sauna circuit without booking a massage?

Yes. The wellness circuit can also be enjoyed independently, with a prior reservation.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay in cash (pesos or dollars), via bank transfer (Argentina), or with Mercado Pago.

7. Can I give a session as a gift?

Yes. We offer personalized gift cards, valid for any of our services. Contact us via WhatsApp.

8. What if I have flu-like symptoms?

If you experience symptoms such as fever or discomfort within 48 hours of your appointment, please let us know so we can reschedule.

9. Are there any contraindications for massages or sauna?

In some cases, yes. If you are pregnant, have had recent surgery, fever, infection, or a specific medical condition, please check with us before booking.

10. What should I bring to the session?

Just come in comfortable clothes and bring a swimsuit if you're using the sauna circuit. We provide towels, water, and guidance for a complete experience.

11. Can massages be done as a couple, simultaneous, or group sessions?

Yes. We offer simultaneous massage sessions, ideal for couples, family members, or friends who want to share the experience. We also provide group massages for three people.

12. Can I modify or cancel an appointment?

Yes, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations after that period may not be refundable.

13. What happens if I cancel on the same day?

Same-day cancellations result in the loss of your deposit. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
