The 1-hour massage included in the Lotus Spa & Brunch experience is the heart of the ritual. Before starting, we take a brief moment to listen and adapt the session to your needs.

  We combine deep tissue, relaxing, and sports techniques, according to your body’s condition.

• Intensity
  Pressure is adjusted from gentle to deep, continuously adapted by the therapist.

• Areas
  Main focus on back, neck, and shoulders; may include legs, arms, and head as needed.

More than a treatment, this ritual is a unique experience that releases, balances, and relaxes.

Step 2: Sauna

The 1-hour wellness circuit with dry and steam sauna is the second step. Designed to enhance the effects of the massage, it combines dry heat and steam to promote detoxification, stimulate circulation, and calm the nervous system.

• Recommended rhythm and timing
  Short cycles of 8–12 minutes per cabin, with recovery pauses and cool showers between each step. Total duration: 1 hour.

• Temperature and steam
  Dry heat helps release deep tensions, while steam supports breathing, muscle relaxation, and skin cleansing.

A ritual of heat and vapor that extends the effects of the massage and prepares the body to enjoy the next step.

Step 3: Brunch

The brunch at Café Hobby, located inside Hotel Krista, is the perfect closing for the Lotus Spa & Brunch experience. After the massage and the wellness circuit, it’s time to enjoy a gourmet proposal at the specialty coffee shop Hobby.

The experience includes:

• 1 drink: coffee, tea, or a glass of juice.

• 1 savory option: avocado toast, scrambled eggs, yogurt with granola, or brie toast.

• 1 sweet option: cookie, cake, or croissant.

If the weather is pleasant, the brunch can be enjoyed outdoors in the patio, solarium, or on the terrace of Hotel Krista. It can also be enjoyed inside Café Hobby, depending on your preference.

Step 4: Pool and Solarium

To conclude the Spa, Brunch & Pool Day, we invite you to enjoy the outdoor pool and solarium at Hotel Krista. After the massage, wellness circuit, and brunch, it’s time to surrender completely to rest.

Water, light, and the calm of the surroundings blend into an atmosphere of serenity that prolongs the effects of well-being. An open, natural space where the body relaxes and the mind breathes in silence.

• Heated outdoor pool: surrounded by greenery and silence, ideal for refreshing yourself or resting in the water.

• Wooden-deck solarium: a bright, tranquil space to sunbathe, read, or simply enjoy the present moment.

Access to the pool and solarium is available during the summer season, every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., subject to weather conditions. An invitation to end the day in connection with the air, the sun, and the silence.
