The 1-hour massage included in the Lotus Spa & Brunch experience is the heart of the ritual. Before we begin, we take a brief intake to tailor the session to your needs.

  We combine deep-tissue, relaxing, and sports techniques according to your body’s condition.

  Pressure is adjusted from gentle to deep and fine-tuned throughout by the therapist.

• Areas
  Focus on back, neck, and shoulders; may include legs, arms, and scalp as needed.

Step 2: Sauna

The 1-hour wellness circuit with dry sauna and steam sauna is the second step. Designed to enhance the effects of the massage, it combines dry heat and steam to promote detoxification, boost circulation, and calm the nervous system.

• Recommended pace and timing
  Short cycles of 8–12 minutes per room, with recovery pauses and cool showers between each step. Total duration: 1 hour.

• Heat and steam
  Dry heat that helps release deep tension, and steam that supports breathing, muscular relaxation, and skin cleansing.

Step 3: Brunch

Brunch at the Café Hobby at Hotel Krista is the perfect close to the Lotus Spa & Brunch experience. After the massage and wellness circuit, it’s time for a culinary moment at specialty coffee shop Hobby.

The experience includes:

• 1 beverage: coffee, tea, or a glass of juice.

• 1 savory: avocado toast, scrambled eggs, yogurt with granola, or brie toast.

• 1 sweet: cookie, pound cake, or croissant.
